This handwoven landscape wall hanging has been inspired by my dream of a home surrounded by nature.
The house itself does not have a final shape yet. It is still somewhere between an idea and a dream, but one thing is certain: it will be surrounded by nature and lots of green.
I wanted to capture this feeling in the weaving. A quiet place, a home hidden among trees and plants, and the feeling of knowing where you want to be even when the details are still unknown.
Hand woven by me on a frame loom, using a combination of wool, cotton and reclaimed yarns.

Approx. 48 cm wide (60 cm including the hanging branch) × 60 cm long
Because the piece is handmade and made using reclaimed materials, small variations and imperfections are part of its character.
